Horrible experience. I would give negative stars if I could. I saw how they investigated a gravely serious safety matter. They promised anything confidential would be kept confidential. They breached this promise (and the trust of an injured person), and used it to jump to flawed conclusions. This gave the appearance they weren't operating in good faith, to identify improvements, but rather just there to try and find ways to blame the injured. It would be better to validate conclusions, or at least ensure conclusions are consistent with facts. If this poor service was unusual for them, they would have been interested in listening, and possibly rectifying their errors. Customers need to be aware this is how they currently operate. Hopefully they try and find ways to improve.

Horrible Experience - Was engaged through the private school my son attended was very helpful in the beginning told us was available whenever we needed and then just disappeared off the face of the planet and left us hanging! Pleased to say with the right and supportive help our son is doing well! Would not ever recommend them to anyone :( obviously takes on more work than they can handle!!

horrible experience, incredibly rude staff, got disconnected more times than I remember when I tried making an appointment, always running late. When I finally get in to see another staff, they were rude and arrogant, kept walking out of the session. I have to give at least one star to post this, but if I could give none, or negative stars, I would.

Amazing staff, very approachable and professional, made me feel very comfortable and safe for my Husband and I to get the help we needed.
Would recommend Malcolm and Catherine to everyone.
