Bozzy

We choose Bozzy due to service, price and availability. I absolutley love my blind and i am so happy we went with Bozzy. It looks amazing and makes a huge difference to our patio area. The installers were very professional and cleaned the area when they were finished. They went above and beyond to accomodate my requests. We will definalty reccomend Bozzy to all our family and friends.

After a few quotes from various suppliers we chose Bozzy blinds for our outdoor area. The installed blinds (4m and 1m) were exactly what we wanted and worked beautifully. They were so good we referrred a neighbour and they also purchased Bozzy blinds. That was 6 years ago.

Recently a spring latch broke on one of the blinds. We contacted Bozzy and the service response was second to none. It was close to Xmas and although very busy a service person came within 2 days and fixed the minor problem quickly.

The warranty is 5 years, which is pretty good days, had expired and although a callout fee applies, which I was happy to pay, Bozzy did not charge.

On the basis of product quality, duability, service and warranty I would not hestitate to recommend Bozzy.

Read the latest reviews and you will get the truth. This company has no customer service, jobs take months to start and then even longer to finish all they are interested in is your money. Don't hand them over any. I've heard they're about to close down!

Three words for you. DONT DO IT. As already stated on here the customer service is appalling. Wish I had gone with gut instinct as the service was bad from the start however we got sucked in as they could install the blinds before Xmas whereas other companies couldn’t. It is obvious to me now why this was the case. Blinds need repairing where you fix them in place & I phoned & spoke to someone who said they would have someone contact me about coming out (8 weeks ago) and I have sent an email following up in this (3 weeks ago) & still NOTHING!

Appalling customer service! I strongly recommend you use another blind company. Whilst the blinds are fine, the customer service provided to us has been non-existent. Unfortunately, during installation 2 big chunks were taken out of our brand new rendered walls. We were understanding, these things happen, and the installation guys were very apologetic. We assumed that Bozzy would be in touch to advise how they would rectify the situation asap. But this did not happen, instead I got to spend 2 days chasing them to find out what they would do to fix the issue. Numerous times I was told the General Manager, James would be in touch to resolve the matter. To this day James has still not called to discuss the matter. In the end I had to organise a plasterer to come and fix the walls myself.
