I went to BP beldon around 2am. I have bought a bottle of soft drink then politely asked customer service representative can I go to toilet. I will be very quick. He was very rude and replied me toilet closed at 8pm. He didn't asked me about velocity card as I am a velocity member over 2 years. Then I told him I am going to complain about you because you're very with me then he told me get out from the shop. What kind of customer service it is?
