Bp Little River Geelong Bound

7/7/19 at 1.10pm we filled car with petrol and then proceed to fill with gas. Mary over speaker said we had to pay for petrol 1st, which is understandable.
But when paying for petrol rudely asked if i was asked by cash or card to use the other counter. So went back to other counter. I had my velocity card ready inserted it and mary rudley said am i paying with the card i said no its my points then she raised her voice made me feel stupid and said swipe.
Mary needs to be retrained in her customer skills, how to communicate in a manner that is acceptable. I understand different BP run differently.
We often come through this servo to get food not fuel and our experience wasnt pleasant at all.

I will never stop here again, and I used to regularly. I ordered a vegie burger, went to collect my vegie burger when "vegie burger" was called out. When I took a bite as I drove off, IT WAS MEAT!!! I don't eat meat. I felt so sick and upset. Vegetarianism is sacred to some people. Something like this just should not happen.
