Not happy with the service at all. Took iPad mini 3 in for glass to be replaced. Was charged $110 and glass was replaced and not button. Once I picked up the iPad I noticed that the button was a bit funny to touch. After a few days it then produced a line up the middle of the iPad when pressed which it had never done before. Only the glass screen was cracked initially, the iPad itself was in perfect working order and no button issues. I was told (by someone else) that the screen and button should have been replaced together. I phoned BP Mobile Phones and explained this as I wanted it covered under warranty and replaced the way it should have been and was told to bring it in and he would check.
