I was on my way home tonight from Trentham to Melbourne with my two young kids in the car. I pulled into the BP service station, I realised I had left my purse at my sisters house a local resident and didn't have enough petrol left in the car to get to and from Trentham again. Distressed I walked in and asked if my partner could pay for the petrol over the phone, staff said no, I needed help to find a solution and staff was absolutely unhelpful and rude, and said I don't care if you sit outside all night.
Finally after my sister spoke to them and explained she was a local, they then proceeded to tell her that a "failure to pay fuel amount" notice, so I could go and retrieve my purse, this was NOT offered prior to the conversation staff had with my ...read more
