BP

This would be the most disgustingly dirty stop I have ever encountered. The entire floor area was littered with rubbish and dirt, badly in need of a sweep and a good wash. The tables didnt look like they had been wiped down for days!! The toilets were vile and one set was even closed. There were people everywhere and obviously not enough staff to cope with the demands. Management perhaps should stop trying to maximise their profits and instead have adequate staff to provide appropriately clean amenities for their customers. If you can make it to the next stop I'd recommend you do so.
