This is the fourth time I have sent this email. Can I please have a response of some nature?
I have a complaint regarding 3 BP service stations, all of which occured within 3km of each other. I don't know who else to complain to, so you are my first step. If I need to lodge this with someone else, please let me know. Thank you.
Sat 19th July 2014 I needed to put some air into the wheels of my son's wheelchair. 1) We stopped at STORE 9208 David Tce WOODVILLE PK and found the air connector had no lever, exposing only a piece of wire which would not operate and also I cut my finger on it. Wednesday the 19th May. Once I was in the peotrol station line I could not get out - but spent 20 minutes there waiting to fill up Gas and Unleaded - Could only get petrol no gas. And then waited in a line of 9 people as the card payment facilities where not responding properly. Lining up I saw a ATM in the entrance to the shop and withdrew cash - so to hurry the process. (at a cost of $2 to me) Disappointing that I was told by staff they had put in a service call at 8:30am and no one had come to repair and all the customers the entire morning whrer effected.
I was frustrated, but attemmpted to find the humour. But those staff should be able to rely on a service to support them. i would have prefered to keep driving and go to another station. So I suggest they close the store until rectified. this is not an option apparrently. The staff however polite, could have been out talking to customers explainingthe circumstances.
