The service today at the bp on the corner of spearwood and pheonix was an absolute disgrace, now I don't know if the assistant manager was having a bad day or whatever but that is no reason to abuse and deliberately try to embarrass a $200/week paying customer. I personally will be withdrawing my fuel card and swapping to caltex after this altercation unless something is done about this. The way i was treated as a paying customer was shockingly disgusting and I will be telling everyone I know about the service I received.
My Mistake but still no customer service
Filled fuel of $64.40 and checked I have no purse in my pocket.
I am very new in Perth so didn't know anyone who can come and pay. I asked the staff about leaving my iphone worth 500 dollar with them till i come back. Staff rejected with a very rude response. " not our policy"
OK then I can leave my car( worth 20000)here and walk to my home 3 km away ( as without money i cant get taxi or bus ), staff rejected " not our policy "
So another staff came with a form to fill and giving a 30 minutes frame for walking 6 km and bringing money. I came back by walking and got taxi on way back to be there in 35 minutes and they were not happy about it and they were about to call the police while my car standing there and have all my contact details with them.
Not happy at all...you lost 200 per week of your income
