Our last (and it will be our last) experience was taking in our 2012 Fiesta for a service at 29,000 km (we don’t do many Ks). First shock is that the stated fixed service price is doubled because “even though it is only 29,000 km we need to do the full 60,000km service”.
Then when we pick it up there is a warning light (hill start) and the handbrake is loose and won’t hold the car on a hill. When we complain about the handbrake we are told that the service didn’t include checking the handbrake. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CAR DEALER MY DEAR FRIENDS. They sold me a car 6 years old and about 160k mileage in September 2012. My fault that I bought a car at a very high price 16000 as I was new to Sydney. They also sold me a warranty (crap -dosen't cover anything at 1100 dollars) and also suggested a waterproofing and paint protection service at another 1000 dollars. Within few months I could hear strange noises coming up from the back of my car and when I took it back they said they can;t do anything about it. On chasing further, they did something but the noises were back in few months time. Finally, I asked them that I want to sell this car, how much they can buy it form me. They said a maximum of 4000 dollars is all they can offer. DONT BUY CAR FROM THIS DEALER OR SELL.
Bought my used falcon here. After a few weeks noticed that when changing gear a definite clunk was heard around diff or tail shaft. Still under warranty i made sure that they recognized the defect, in which they acknowledged. I had to take it to them 6 time with no fix. The warranty ran out with no fix . The next service i took it to my trusty mechanic in who fixed it first go for $600. Do not recommend their service department
I did not even have to give them my car to receive poor service!! I called up as my normal mechanic is closed to try and book for a pink slip. This was not to be the case as I was informed that my car would have to have a full service before giving me a pink slip costing several hundred dollars. I then informed them that the car had only been serviced a few months ago, so would not need this just the pink slip. The staff was insistent that the full check needed to be done and informed me that there was no time to do a pink slip anyway, but they could book me in for a service. How they could fit me in for a full service but not a pink slip, still makes no sense. Will never go back here and will not recommend them to anyone. If i could less than 1/2 a star i would!
