Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this post office. I will never use their services again. I have visited many times as I live close but will now go elsewhere. I have always received grumpy unhelpful staff and packages that have never arrived to recipients. Today I was made to feel extremely unwelcome when collecting a parcel which I had not received a card in my letterbox for but had received a text message. The woman behind the counter tried to argue with me when I was explaining the parcel should be there. Which it was.
I will never use this post office again and I urge everyone else to do the same.
