Absolutely love their food and the staff are really nice. can get very busy so have to pick your time if you don't want a wait but that says something about the food

Waiting in line to get a pie, somebody rings up and puts the pie i wanted on "hold".. I was told i cannot have what i want even though its right there, and was told to ring up prior in future to get what i want.. The most stupidest thing iv heard, been coming here for years but today will be the last... Poor effort, stupid policy.

Older reviews are invalid as Bradley has left and the replacement baker stinks. Everything looks the same but the qauilty and deliciousness is gone. Veal parama pie seems to be filled with boot leather instead of veal. Donut icing is overflavoured/dyed and sickening and repeats on you. Sausage rolls are mushy and under baked. Berliners are no longer filled with a diabetes-inducing amount of jam. Pastry is soft and wet, dough is dry and stiff. Food is gross, makes you feel sick.This place is a shadow of its former self. Heartbreaking. Used to love this place.
