I do not recommend Bradnams Windows & Doors.
After 13mths of use from new, a large sliding door lock is faulty and won't latch or lock.
After trying to contact the Bradnam's Nowra NSW office on ph: 0244294400 several times(7 times over 2 days to be exact), I finally had a very rude lady called Ray return my call the next day only to tell me that a service call is 12-14 days away and that there is no warranty on any of my Bradnam's windows and doors, so I'll have to pay.
So Bradnam's expect me to live in an unlocked house for 12-14 days until they fix their faulty Bradnam's product, and then charge me for it?
No thanks.
Shop elsewhere for your windows & doors, or maybe just don't use Bradnam's Nowra branch.
