Unhelpful. Bought a pair of glasses. Paid the money but there were adjustments needed. They refused to assist and advised that any adjustments I would have to pay for. Never go there. Bigger chain stores are much better and offer after sales swrvic

I noticed a good review from 9 years ago, but more recent ones all bad. Nine years ago the place was really good, but now it is atrocious. The lady who owns the place is nothing short of a bully. I was there for 2 hours overall when I went for a test earlier this year and then they didn't complete everything. When I insisted I didn't want to decide on glasses on the day, I was more or less told to get lost. I went to Specsavers last week and the experience was so much better as were the prices.

Never come here. I wish I had read these reviews. I have never experienced such poor and rude service. Customer service is actually non existent!!!

If I could score less I would. I placed a deposit in good faith, I was contacted by them and told they needed me to pick them up the next day. I told them I was unwell but would try my best. I made it in to pick them up but the staff behind the counter informed me STAFF WAS NOT TRAINED IN FITTING THEM. What a joke so following their advice I arrive the next afternoon to pick them up AND AGAIN NO ONE THERE TO FIT THEM. HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS THIS WAY. I then speak to a person that called the management and make my displeasure known, they advised me to ring and arrange it with the management when I was coming in next time. I told them I was extremely unwell and was not sure when that would happen, to which they replied that's ok whenever you can make it. Oh my God.....This would have to be the worst business for customer service I have ever dealt with....DO NOT BUY YOUR GLASSES HERE!!!!!!!!! After spending the best part of $1000 with them the lense broke and they refused to fix it under warranty....said they only offer 1 month warranty on their lenses....WHAT THE?????......wanted me to pay .......I even threatened them with consumer affairs and they told me to go ahead and do whatever I want.....Can't believe it....Then went to other optometrists and asked them what warranty they provide on their lenses.....they said if the lense breaks they would fix it for nothing with no questions asked......Now that is what I call customer service.......
