Brands Exclusive's customer service is a joke. I was charged $99.50 for frieght cost for a small product and contacted them the next day regarding the charge because clearly it was a mistake and to cancel the order since the order hadn't been processed yet. They got back to me 3 days later to say they are working on it, which I replied to. I received another email 3 days later to say they are working on it still??? Then finally a response 11 days after the purchase date to say it's too late and nothing can be done about the over charged frieght amount, even though it is a fee they charge and telling me I contacted them too late! I wouldn't recommend this online store to anyone.

Brands Exclusive has proven to be verry dissappointing, and impossible to contact by phone. Why?? Goods have not arrived for Xmas and refund has not appeared, consumers do have rights ans are protected. I just feel as though I am being ignored by Brands Exclusive, sooo unhappy

Am still waiting for my purchase to be shipped. I have attempted to contact the company but keep getting the same generic response via email. (They obviously don't read or care about their customer satisfaction or repeat business.) Very poor indeed. There are better online options out there. Don't even bother with this company, they are amateurs.

Been trying to contact Brandexclusive for 5 days now with no response, Emailed 4 times and rung Australia 1 time from NZ. You would think if they have taken your money as they have in this case they would contact you back asap to rectify. But still waiting...... Is there a agency that I can follow up with to lay a complaint in Australia? as I do not think they can take your money especially when it is $103.00

After sending several emails about missing products, the customer care stopped replying, I've decided to post this review. I bought some products in April and now August is nearly over, I still did not receive them. Very disappointed with their service. Their return policy is a very slow process, they take ages.
