Feel so comfortable when attending spots at this salon. Always friendly and I've had great results. Have already recommended to a number of family and friends.

I do not recommend! I expected that a business called ''Brazilian Beauty'' would have staff that are comfortable at performing 'Brazilian waxing'. On my first visit to this salon I had a staff (who admittedly was friendly) perform the 'silky smooth female' package. I found that the end result was quite poor and a large number of the hairs had broken off rather than being removed from the root whilst other were fully intact (I've had my legs waxed in the past and the result was much better). The staff informed me that it would take about 5 sessions of waxing to walk away with a hairless, smooth look. As I was leaving, I saw one of the other staff hug and whisper to the first staff, ''how did you go?'' as if my waxing was one of the first that the staff had done without supervision. Brazillian Beauty at Mount Gravatt cancelled my appointment so unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to experience their service.



Their reason for cancelling was that I wasn't contacted via mobile phone prior to the appointment.



They didnt let me know they had cancelled the appointment - I found out when I got there. By this stage my appointment had been taken by someone else.



I was basically told it was my fault for not being contactable prior (I was on holidays)....even though I confirmed my appointment via email as soon as I returned.



The management staff was really quite rude.

I have been to this salon 5 times now for different things and have had mostly positive experiences. One of the staffs is a bit snobby but the rest of the team are sweet and helpful. Every service has been of a high standard. I had my first spray tan with them the other night and the girl has done a lovely job. I certainly will continue to go there.

I've been a customer of mount gravatt for some 3 years and regret to say standards are low. Every therapist does a different job some much worse than others and the good ones leave within 6-12 months, very frustrating! I'm transferring to different salon due to the lack of consistency and professionalism.
