Brazilian Beauty

My 2nd disappointing experience with them (the first was nearly 6 years ago, so thought things might have improved). Booked online for a facial - the booking side was fine although there is no easy to see menu - you have to go to each item to find out what it involves and what the cost is. During the treatment i was asked if I wanted a mask she had selected. I didnt realise it wasnt part of the treatment and she didnt tell me it was an extra cost. $50 extra. I feel like they're pretty overpriced for the service and the environment - its not relaxing - lots of things (stools included) look like they need replacing, the walls are anything but soundproof, so you can hear all other conversations (the waiting area is really loud) and the headband she used to hold my hair back was wet from the previous person and also looked pretty gross. I was given a $15 referral card from a friend that goes to brazilian beauty and i booked in for lash extensions wow! I was blown away by the service the way they looked and i felt really comfortable in the salon. I cant believe i haven’t found this place before. The location is a little hard to find its upstairs in the North Adelaide Village but love that it is in North Adelaide.

Shocking.. booked online one month in advance to be told the booking was never placed in the system.. and no other appointments were available. Have been here once previously, years ago and the service had been impeccable.. obviously has taken a steep decline in customer service and system utilities. I am highly dissatisfied, and would never recommend any one to come here for treatment.

I took my mum there to get a full set of eye lash extension, when the service was completed it looked normal. It's not how she wanted it to look like. She wanted long lashes and asked the girl to put on long ones, but the girl said it will make her eyes saggy and not natural. She was very disappointed.

Ok so I just moved to Adelaide and this was the only Professional Brazilian place that popped up on google. I hadn't got a wax for a while so I put down as first timer because beautitions are usually more gentle with first time-goers! But that was not the case, the first time I got my wax down they did an amazing job keeping the pain and nerves as minimal as possible, but this person was so unprofessional and the experience was so painful and she was quite rude. It was also very expensive, you pay so much here just to remove hair, I've been to better more professional places and they charge $20 less. I continued to go here, while in search for a better brazzilian place, and they never ask if the wax is too hot (which is it most of the time), and I ended up getting a reaction after continuously going here, as my skin is sensitive!
