I went here today for the first time and I loved it. Great place, lovely staff and great service. I'm super happy and would recommend it to anyone.

I had been once before where the service was average at best. They did a good job with the wax but the staff were sickly sweet it was almost fake and kept trying to sell me products I didnt need. The second time I attempted to get a wax I had booked an appointment. I was greeted as soon as I entered and told they would be with me shortly. Another customer came in who didnt have an appointment and was promptly taken through before me. I waited for 20mins and the other customer had finished, there seemed to be staff hanging around but not really doing anything. I left without my treatment, wont be going here again.

Not great. It wasn't a relaxing experience, the staffs I met although coming across as lovely, it all seemed very fake and I spent the entire time being sold to. The outcome of the wax was patchy with an entire section missed. Will not be returning.
