My friend and I had appointments and arrived 15 minutes late. Yes, our fault, however parking was shocking and it took 10 minutes to walk to brazilian butterfly from the car. Once we got there the girls told us we were too late and subsequently our appointments cancelled. They were rude, stuck up and unhelpful. Apparently they had called to advise us of the cancellation however we had not received a call. Unable to 'help' us find another salon, we googled the closest brazilian butterfly from Armadale and time was made to fit us both in between clients.
The girls at the other salon were helpful, friendly and down to earth. Needless to say I will not be going back to the Armadale brazilian butterfly again. The company's more approachable store will be getting my ongoing business.
The therapists have allocated times to do appointments. They allow 20mins for a brazilian treatment and you were 15mins late. Did you consider calling them to let them know?.. at the end of the day they are following there policy and its not fair for the person booked in after you that manages to get there on time to be kept waiting. People generally look up how to get to places and parking prior to these appointment. Just to let you know for future reference.
