I just had my first appointment today and it was perfect! Probably the best I have ever had! The girl who took care of me was great (forgot to ask for her name), her attention to detail is remarkable. I will definitely come back. Thanks! I understand now why you girls are always fully booked. :)

What a fabulous find! DO NOT MISS THIS LOCAL GEM. I am an old hand at waxing and was very pleasantly suprised all the recommendations I was given to go here where right on the money. This place is cheap and does the best waxing in town. The place is clean, right down to seeing one of the girls cleaning the floors by hand. The wax itself was PAINLESS - no alcohol required! The lady that does the brows made me look 10 years younger and the girl that waxed my Brazilian was lightening quick, barely felt it. I had to wait almost a week to get but I can see why - this place has the whole waxing thing nailed. I got a brow shape my "eyebrow designer" in Sydney missed (paying $80 too) for $20, loved the music, loved the atmosphere, loved the competent friendly staff. In short, I couldn't recommend this place highly enough ~ CONVERTED :). Thank you Val for working your magic on my eyebrows!

Not a bad place to get a decent wax. It has a good location, at least convenient for me, but I can't plan that far ahead and they are over booked all the time. Not to mention they don't allow for much time between sessions and if someone comes late, everything gets messed up and you end up waiting. Other than that I've been treated well and the wax is good, but not exceptional.

I am with Alexandra. Staff attitude is not great and they are always over booked. I keep going because of convenient location but regret every time because I am kept waiting at least 15 minutes even if I book early. Will try not to go again
