This is a company that put themselves before their guests, had a certain room booked for 6 months prior only to be kicked out on the day of check in because a management staff wanted the same room, they were supposed to give 3 months notice and they didn't, the start of our family holiday was nothing but disappointment, I don't think me and my family will be visiting again.
