Changing minds, changing lives.A service that delivers vocational supports for people with a disability and is a registered NDIS provider. Programs include; NDIS Support Coordination, Finding and Keeping a job, SLES (School Leaver Employment Supports) and any other Capacity Building line item in an NDIS plan. Other services include Disability Employment Services (DES- DMS), NDIS improved living arrangement support, NDIS improved learning and improved daily living. breakthru Bankstown also provides fee for service, allied health services and FMHSS (Family Mental Health Support Services)
