A service that delivers vocational supports for people with a disability and is a registered NDIS provider. Programs include; NDIS Support Coordination, Finding and Keeping a job, SLES (School Leaver Employment Supports) and any other Capacity Building line item in an NDIS plan. Other services include NDIS improved living arrangement support, NDIS improved learning and improved daily living. breakthru Coonabarabran also provides fee for service.
