Extremely rude staff, expensive food. To add injury to insult, they don't even bake 80% of their goods on premises. These people are not proper bakers. The place only exists because of the nearby business park, you would think they would practice good customer service to get more business through the door. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I had terrible customer service from an employee this morning and will not be going back there. The staff had no interest in helping me and was very rude.

I went to this store looking for a 21st Cake for a friends daughter, i didnt really know what i wanted and the staff at bRED were amazing. Friendly, helpful and gave me lots of suggestions. i dont live close to this bakery but ill travel to buy my next cake because it was beautiful.
