I have bought several cars over the years from Pablo and his team and I can only say that the service and quality of the vehicles is incredible. I’ve had a very bad experience with this dealership. I bought a $11,000 VW through Bremen Motors in 2015, sold with a 1 year extended warranty. I later discovered it was deemed un-road worthy before I purchased it, and learnt the extended warranty was never paid for or lodged. The Principal Pablo Ruiz refused to take responsibility for this matter. The situation progressed into court action, the Magistrate awarded me the costs of repairing the vehicle $10,044.10. I have been to court a number of times since to enforce the decision, unfortunately I have only been met with a bad attitude and little intention of rectifying the situation. I have even been threatened legally and financially, for standing up for my rights! I am a young mother of 3 children and without a vehicle for 2.5 years, it has been very tough... But I’m not willing to give up!
