My initial experience with Bremer Valley Realty was somewhat good, as i had a very good property manager. However, the owner of the property went broke as he wasn't making the mortgage repayments. The bank took posession of the property and gave me 60 days to move out. From the moment i advised this real estate of the letter i had received from the bank, i received very little communication. I then had issues with water in the ceiling and the light fixture collapsed. The tradesmen said the entire ceiling was filled with water and had been for some time. When i initially moved in two years prior there was a water mark in the bathroom ceiling which was noted on the entry condition report. I had assumed the cause would have been attended to. Clearly it had not. By the time the light fixture had collapsed after weeks of rain i had gotten pneumonia from breathing in the bacteria from the dampness.
