Terribly under staffed. Response time to patient calls is very slow and unacceptable especially if a patient has a fall or needs help.Manager is not interested in listening to your concerns as a family member of a resident. Rude response of there is no proof. Some staff members are also abrupt in the way they speak to residents. However other staff members are caring.
