The best auto repair shop in town ! I have been a long standing customer of Brett's Automotive Care. Brett and his team have had the opportunity to service both my personal vehicles as well as my company car. It is a real pleasure to have an auto repair shop you can really trust, the work has always been performed in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Brett has been servicing all my cars for the past 10 years. He is very helpful with finding a safe & quality solutions to any problems my cars have. I have found Brett to be reliable and honest. I wouldn't go anywhere else..

Firstly, needed a road worthy. I was estimated a few hours for my car to be ready. it took about 5 hours and it failed things that it should NOT have failed.

When i fixed these things up and took it back, they said it would only take an hour. I rang 2 hours later a bit confused, they told me it would be done in another hour... i waited another 2 hours for a call... yet no call. So i rang back up and in a very unpleasant tone was told it was finished ages ago (like i was stupid for not knowing)

Over all - a horrible experience. I will never go back. People, find a better mechanic that doesn't mess you around.

For the last 15+ years I have had every car I owned serviced here. Brett gives advice over the phone on cars to buy and to watch out for. When the care wouldnt start I rang him up and he diagnosed over the phone! Brett looks after all log book servicing as well as normal mechanical repairs etc. I would never go anywhere else.

I have been getting my cars serviced by Brett on a regular basis for the past 15-20 years. He has been friendly, very trustworthy, most reliable, honest and always available to answer all the the stupid and simple questions that I seem to be dumb enough to ask. He does not suffer fools very easily but he has never been rude to me on any occasion. He knows his business and is one of the best mechanics I have ever had dealings with. He has always serviced my car with integrity and when the occasion arises, has even advised me when to start looking at getting rid of a car that was going to start to cost me lots of money to maintain. My latest car was checked out by Brett when I purchased it secondhand, having only 50,000km on the clock, and it has hardly missed a beat and will be clocking over the 300,000km mark later this year.
