It is such a shame to see what was a fantastic business has become. The good old fashion service Brett's was once built upon is out the window. The staff can be so arrogant, their ability to deliver is almost non existent. I would get everything in writing as the sales people will make a lot of hollow promises and then will accept no responsibility or just not answer your calls. Product range is good if they can get it in... Would steer clear there are plenty of excellent suppliers in the market. Winnings
Wouldn't recommend you bother to visit Brett's Bathroom and Kitchen. While they have a good range of products on display that is where the "good" ends. Chose products we wanted but staff were very disorganized and despite repeated requests didn't email prices on products. We lost count of the number of times we had to physically turn up to the shop to get them to order stuff. Hopeless, disorganized and there was no customer service. There seems to be no systems in place and the experience of buying all of our bathroom fixtures and fittings from them was like pulling teeth. Will never go back ,
