I bought a "VAC Master" and within the warranty period I had to return it twice. It was exchanged for a new one on both occasions. The one(number three) I have now started making harsh grinding sounds just after the warranty period expired so I'm now stuck with this product that doesn't work and unable to return it. I would recommend that you choose another brand if you're after something like this. Really disappointed.
