Firstly, I was demanded that I remove my 'prescription' sunglasses before addressing the owner. Even though I found it hard to see, i was forced to remove my glasses. It went downhill from there.



I was disputing the fact that I had received an incorrect product. I pre-ordered a new item, and goods received were used, rusty and broken - fair enough to dispute right?
