Yesterday afternoon I ordered a Spring Roll and a Banana Fritter but the Spring Roll still frozen and the Banana Fritter was not even cooked so I had to throw them both in the bin. This afternoon I got Menulog to organise a voucher for me. I will be calling the health authorities since this is the 2nd time this has happen to me and I will not be returning or ordering from here anymore.
service really bad, got home fish no chips. Spoke to management asked for fresh chips, when we got them home they were the one sitting been there for 40 mins. Spoke to management who was too busy and hung up on me. I expected better... Mistakes happen rudeness not needed, won't see me again
I've been going to this fish & chip shop for months now. I have NEVER encountered any such issue, in fact they're overly friendly & helpful. All food has always been cooked fresh. Their food is amazing!
