Had my dress made here and it was a big mistake.
Dresses made were poor quality with faulty stitching making them unwearable.
Company refuses to provide an acceptable solution to the problem.
Would not recommend to anyone
That's exactly what happened to me Lauren! They wont let me see a Manager and wanted me to pay to have the problems fixed. I have also just heard of another lady who is making a formal complaint to Consumer Protection because of the same thing! Its just not right.
