I came shopping here with a girlfriend for her wedding dress. You have to pay to try on some of their designer gowns and they certainly are pricey. $15,000!!! The shop assistant was very helpful and really took her time with us to try all gowns she liked and offered practical advice on ways to adjust certain areas such as sleeves.

went with my friends yesterday for the bride to be to try on some dresses... best service, nothing was too much of a hassle and polite, friendly and helpful staff. with so many rude bridal shops in sydney, its glad to see there is one left with decent staff. we will be returning to purchase the dress.

I would definitely recommend getting your gown from here, the staff have always been helpful & friendly to me & to friends I have referred here. I looked around at other stores but found the service & range here was far better then other places I went. Francesca was there at every fitting I had & made me feel really comfortable. Thanks ladies!

Pretty disappointed with the experience I had with brides by Francesca. I liked a dress that the store stocked but was looking to try on some other dresses as well, I made an appointment to come from the south coast. When I arrived they were to busy to help me and it seemed like it was a bother we were there, maybe it because I had asked to see if they could do a better price. (That another store in Sydney kindly helped me with). If you want good service with a friendly atmosphere, this isn't the place to go.

didn't end up getting my dress from here but the sales assistant was SO nice and accommodating. She really helped me feel comfortable and helped point me in the direction I wanted. Very nice. Thanks so much
