Bridge Fish & Chips

Got chips & realised it tasted weird. Not the normal deep fried chips. It was chewy & hard. Called the shop & was told there's a shortage of normal potatoes. Why do we have to pay for chewy potatoes? Not happy!

Great old school fish and chips. The best in the area.
It has the feel of a welcoming family business and the food is exactly what you expect.
I have always found the flake to be fresh and tasty.

Horrible customer service...doesn't even know how to talk to the customer I went in and asked, "Are you open?" and they said cant you see on the door. You can say they have absolutely no idea about talking to customers. Never going there again...!!!

Recently ordered some fish that was dry, tough and horrible, had the texture of chicken breast. my wife had a lot of bones in her fish plus we were overcharged for our meal despite the price being displayed on menus. the staff are tired and grumpy and should not be serving people with the attitude they have towards customers. definitely avoid.

chips are not very good almost home made you want good quality go to parkdale or southland.
