Great example of a regional bar and restaurant done right. The quality of beer and other local wines/ ciders is fantastic, as are the staff (super friendly), food (the ribs are my pick) and atmosphere.
Wandering in here over the long weekend, this place was absolutely packed while other restuarants were completely empty.
Sit amongst the locals and watch the brewing operation in the background, maybe even pick up a t-shirt if that's your thing. It's also kid friendly, which I'm sure is a bonus for families on holiday.
Will definitely be recommending this place to all friends and family heading to Beechworth!
My hubby loves the beers and I loved the pretzels and pizzas! Smokey lamb, potato and pomegranate pizza is my favorite. The staff are very relaxed and friendly, service is spot on and the venue is a great place to spend a Saturday nigth out or a cold Sunday afternoon sitting by the fire inside.
