Needed a tyre changed at closing time, contacted the store. They stayed back, were friendly, helpful, quick and very reasonably priced. Thanks so much Angus!

No stars should even be given to this business. I should have read the reviews before sending my car for the road worthy inspection.
Th inspector that atteneded to me was so RUDE & CRUDE! He insisted I change one of my tyres which was under 2 years old otherwise he will fail the inspection. It felt as if he just wanted to make money out from the inspection. His behaviour was disgusting, his unfriendly approach felt as if people owed him a living.
That was my first and last time to send my car. Never again!!

Booked in for 4 new tyres, wheel alignment and a service. Had got a go MasterCard specifically to use the interest free offers linked between go and Bridgestone. Told the bloke when dropping the car off to give me a call if anything outside a general service was required, to which he agreed. Went back to pick up and pay and was advised that I couldn't do interest free because I needed to let him know that's how I wanted to pay when I dropped the car off, I think it was more he didn't want to do it because it was knock off time. He couldn't have cared less, perhaps he might have if I refused to pay or didn't have the cash to pay outside of doing it on interest free!!He mentioned front shocks would be required at next service but nothing else was wrong, paperwork also noted nothing else apart from the shocks. Horrible experience today, when I went for an inspection for car registration. The "inspector" was rude and uncouth, citing frivolous reasons for "failing" the inspection to a recently serviced car. To do the frivolous repairs recommended, he charged disproportionately to the meagre undertaking before "passing" me. I will never go to him for car-related stuff again. However, I will go to Ultratune, his neighbouring service shop for registration inspection for our other car.

Took my vehicle for a rego inspection. Faulted me on two lights which are not out.

Said I needed new tyres, then proceeded to shear two wheel studs before contacting me.

Tried to get me to pay for the replacement wheel studs. Manager then yelled at me over the phone, and hung up

Took a call to the regional manager for the wheel studs to be replaced. Still no admission of fault

When I got the car home I found that they had stripped two more wheel studs.
