Bridgestone Select

Good service, friendly staff. Was very surprised that they put the more expensive tyres on my car, when I specifically said I wanted the tyres for a specific price. $539. That was what I was expecting to pay. But charged $584.00. Spoke to Frank for a little while trying to figure out the best price & tyre for my car. I specifically went for the $539, as it was also a little cheaper & a slightly better tyre. Frank said that the last thing he said was, so you want the Bridgestone or the Firestone, which to me they were both Bridgestone, just different prices. Do apparently I said Bridgestone, but the $539. The fact is I had said a few times, I wanted the $539. The fact the last thing Frank said, was "what tyre I wanted,?" Was confusing, as all I wanted was the $539.

I have replaced my Toyota Camry car tyres three months ago, I have requested an alignement with the service. After the tyre replacement and alignment the car was heavily toing to the left. I went back to Bridgestone Cleveland twice to have it fixed. Unfortunately they did not fix it even after the third alignement attempt. The team was arguing that this is normal for Toyota Camry! knowing that before the tyre change and alignment it was going absolutely straight. Three month later, I have the car serviced at Toyota dealer in Cleveland and told them the story, they said that this could be fixed, so I did another alignment and it is now back to normal and driving straight. When I get back to Bridgestone Cleveland they were still arguing that they did not do something wrong!!! Even after seeing the alignment report from Toyota saying that their car alignment was out the specifications!! They have a very bad customer interface!

i was very great full to the men here they helped me out alot when it came to deciding what tyres i should put on my 4x4 as i had bought the totally wrong tyre for my car before,great deals this time of year and very friendly service
