Bridgestone Select

Purchased four tyres on 6/12/16 , left rear failed , lost pressure under inflated like it had a puncture on 23/2/17, took vehicle back next day . Was advised by Joanne who is wife of owner I had to purchase a new tyre. Tyre was not checked for any damage or puncture. Bridgestone have scheme in place that covers punctures for newish tyres under their "Safe Drive " scheme eg Tyre Road Hazard Warranty & Run Flat Tyre Assurance which states Your damaged tyre will be replaced free of charge if under 10% worn., my tyre had only done 4000km so would have qualified. Nobody at Mt Druitt Bridgestone Select made me aware I could claim under this scheme and took my money. When I raised this with the owner "Mark" his response was only "We missed it" Save your time and money and shop for your tyres elsewhere.

They reckon nothing wrong with my car. Yet it stalled twice last night and rear suspension is creaking and feels every bump in the road. Not happy

Cannot thank the staff enough. Very knowledgeable great communication, friendly. They were very prompt in getting the tyre replaced and fixed. Will definately come back here and I live 30 mins away.

Very generous of time and knowledge but particularly impressed by their honesty. We asked the owner, Mark, to balance our tyres and also identify a noise coming from the rear of our VS commodore - we have been run around by other mechanics being told to fix this and that, which hasn't fixed the problem. Mark's team took our car for a drive, put it up and looked into the problem for a good 1.5 hours and only charged us $40 (price was for tyre balance- no charge for advice and inspection of noise issue). Very helpful and I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else now. Bloody good service! It's reassuring to know there are still some honest mechanics out there!
