Bridgestone Select

Like many people, I am not car savvy and have been duped by many mechanics. Thankfully I have found the best, fastest and most honest service in Bridgestone Select - Woolloongabba. I recently bought a new car and broke down yesterday. Stuck in the middle of the road with a smokey car, I had no idea what to do, so I called Tom. Less than 24 hours later they fixed the issue. I have 100% trust in their service and woud highly recommend Tom and the team to everyone. Thanks a million for your 5 star service and looking after me and my family over the years.

Went for a simple tire change. Car has splitters on front bumper which they promptly broke when one of the employees took the car for a drive. The entrance to their premises has a moderately steep change in gradient which was the likely culprit. This could have been easily avoidable had they taken the time and care to simply angle the vehicle appropriately and go slowly when exiting their driveway (as I was able to do quite effortlessly the previous day and as I do at various other places). No real apologies on site, merely that the splitters were already a bit loose and fell off 'somewhere in the parking lot'.

I am in the process of selling my vehicle and was in need of a roadworthy asap tom and the team at Bridgestone could not help me enough I was in and out within the hour. Thank you again.

After refuelling my car with the wrong fuel I was referred to Bselect Wooloongabba by a previous mechanic I had used.

They are patient, informative and the integrity of the team is faultless as my bill was minor to what it could have been.

I am so happy with the outcome, a negative situation turned positive due to the team there.

When I moved to Woolloongabba back in 2013 I had a guy come to my door and sell me a major service, 3 additional minor services, wheel alignment and brake adjust and some other stuff for $179. I was sceptical but bought it in the end. I used 2 of the services and the wheel alignment and only had to pay for parts as per the agreement. When my clutch cylinder broke I got a tow to them (without calling ahead, woops) and they were great and took the car in that day, again honouring the agreement that I only had to pay for parts. Plenty of dodgy mechanics out there but you can trust these guys.
