Terrible experience. Brought my car in for a standard service and rego check, ended up spending in excess of a thousand dollars getting it fixed over 2 days. And guess what, they forgot to do the rego check.
They wasted another week promising they will upload the paperwork online, waiting till after my rego expired to tell me they needed the car back in the workshop in order to "process the paperwork" (i.e. do the actual physical check).
No apologies provided, more money wasted. I finally brought the car back to the workshop and was promised the car will be ready in 1-2 hrs. I waited 4 hrs before going back to the workshop and found that all they had done in the meantime was park my car somewhere else out of mind and sight. No rego check... ...read more

AWFUL - I got new brake pads at my last service there, and now that I'm trying to sell my car I've been informed by another (reliable)mechanic that the job was done so badly and using such cheap parts that it was a complete waste of the hundreds of dollars I spent here. Not to mention the safety aspect.

I called around & Mike the manager was the best at this store he helped me quickly & informed me what tyre I needed was on sale,he also informed me of the movie familly pass promotion & booked me in for Saturday efficiently & quickly. It was a pleasure to deal with this efficent manager
