WENT TO BRIFFA SMASH REPAIRS 3 years ago. I chose Briffa cause their shop was clean, but now i see that was the only good thing about them!!! I spoke to one of them, gave me a written quote on scrap paper. Supplied everything they needed,new spoilers, wheel liners, radiator support bar including ALL BRAND NEW SCREWS, everything, anything they needed for parts, I supplied! just wanted them to spray and fit the parts. and anything taken off my car i wanted back. Told them during quote I wanted all my old 'original' spoilers back with the car as they weren't damaged. They did not fit all the screws and did not put car together as it was. NO radiator support bar. But I supplied it! Half the screws were missing. But I supplied them, they didn't even use the new ones, put old ones all different on it. And the back spoiler was missing some. NO PARTS GIVEN BACK!!! so they said they'd get me another set but supplied the set from one of their employees car. ...read more
paint work also worn off 2 years later from my car , bumpers that were spayed have now bubbled , door looks compltely different colour not matched very well , brand new bonnet now has paint fade after 3 years
