Why do people that run a business such as Brigadoon Holiday Park - take peoples money and provide a sub- standard amenities and grounds !! Why when its a fact that making an enjoyable experience for people is such a rewarding thing and to give joy and quality makes life worth living ! How can greed of money (and the owner has plenty ) and ripping people off make for a full and happy life ! Lower income families - should be treated much better and given a chance for their children to enjoy their holidays ! Bring back honesty !! Thanku .
Wet, Muddy, Untidy. Fleas all through the cabin. Unable to play putt putt due to wet and waterlogged course. DVD player in Cabin didn't work. Pool unkept and dirty. After paying just under $2000 for our stay, You still have to pay to use BBQ facility, Putt Putt course, Tennis courts, Canoes. Jumping castle wasn't up throughout the whole 11 days I was there, Chess pieces weren't put out on the giant chess board. Nothing to keep the children occupied during wet weather. All round a horrible stay, I would not return.
Accommodation was sub-standard, it basically was a roof and walls and the inside accommodation was that of a tent. The bed was a double not a queen and was extremely uncomfortable it was advertised as a queen. Paid for a deluxe cabin and got nothing but basic accommodation.
Stated it could sleep 8, the bunks were small, no way 8 people could live in this cabin comfortably.
Will never go back and definitely not recommend to anyone. Very Very disappointed considering the cost......
