Worst Strata company - does Not even deserve half a star.

Do extremely little job and charge non-sense fees, incompetent customer managers passing around the questions to each other. Pointing finger with no useful resolution on any query. Stay away from them and get them out of your life.

Investment property owned for over 6 years. Had to deal with them numerous times due to a problematic building and disappointed with how slow they move with everything. I haven't had to deal with other strata companies but I hope at some stage the rest of the owners will get their act together and move on to another company that gets stuff done in a timely manner.

Very painful to deal with. Called them pretty much every week for 3 months straight with a request and not once did they return my call. On the rare occasion that I was lucky enough to speak to my contact there, all he did was procrastinate. Certainly would not recommend.

We had no end of difficulty with this company after buying our apartment in North Sydney early last year. The staff were unresponsive and very poorly trained and did not respond to queries. Their charges were more than excessive. The financial accounts and budgets prepared did not comply with the Act and after a review by an external accountant we sacked them. We would not recommend that anyone use this firm of Strata Managers
