We sent our son to Bright Stars from age 2 to 5 and we couldn't recommend this centre highly enough. The staff are kind and attentive to my child's needs; the facilities are impressive with all modern amenities; and, we particularly appreciated the strong focus on routine and education (the fact that our son made such an easy transition to school is largely thanks to this centre and its curriculum).
Great staff (to credit teaching members), however poor office management led by un-organised director and owner at the same time, creating an almost un-describable experience especially when you're checking out. The owner will make everything as hard as it can be from as mundane as refund money, fight you for every single cent. Stay Away! This should be the last place on your mind, there are other great child care around.

We encourage feedback as it is our goal to provide a quality service to our families. However, in relation to your specific claims, they are simply very much untrue. You were advised prior to commencing your child that we could only provide you with one day, despite this, immediately upon commencing you demanded an extra day or you would be withdrawing your child, a demand we were simply unable to meet. You were also advised that we had a process to follow and timeframe to wait after which you were provided with a full refund in accordance with our procedures. You were simply displeased with the 4 day wait. We have had very good feedback over the past for 4 years and have many happy parents. Unfortunately we could not meet your specific demands.
