I had some catering assistance from the lovely people at the Bright Young Things for my 30th birthday @ the Werribee Polo. Emilie and Anna were both super helpful and responsive from start to finish in helping me come up with a suitable plans for my 40 plus guests. They were incredibly flexible with the arrangements as well. There was an additional wow factor involved as well when the food arrived as they were beautifully presented and the sausage rolls were crispy yet piping hot, pikelets were packed to perfection and also the desserts were well crafted.
Only room for improvement would be, that there should have been a bit more relish for the sausage rolls. However, the catering at Bright Young Things made all the difference to the day.
