Brighton Beach Medical Centre

Very very poor centre ! I had an appointment at 9.15 am and see doctor at 10.30 who told me it s only 15 min per patient come back next week and leave me with my medical problem, i had to insist to get full healing, took 16 min with file filling, that means 10 real min of medical care.

At the end the receptionist act like i am not existing and finish writing her mail before she can told me wait a minute, at the end i leave the centre a 10.40am.

At the end they told me that the nurse was absent that why it was more difficult, so why did they take any appointment if they know they can't provide full medical care. (i call the same morning this day so they know already...)

They should called it a business medical centre.

A fantastic medical centre with friendly and personable staff.

They are a bulk billing facility that caters to all ages but I would say the majority of their clientele are the retirees from the RAAF base retirement village across the road.

Dr Priscott is a friendly and thorough doctor, he is very competent and always asks the questions that others don't in order to find a solution.
