Brighton Beauty Therapy

Brighton Beauty Therapy is one of my favorite salons to attend. The girls there are always so helpful & friendly. I love the new facility on New Street, it's beautiful & luxurious, plus peaceful & quiet (something the Church St one never was). I highly recommend going to see the girls at Brighton Beauty Therapy, you won't regret it!

I had a good overall experience here with a voucher and am considering whether to return. On the plus side, the staff is friendly although making an appointment was not easy as quite often there seems to be no one answering the phone. You really don't want a call back at work about some things! I don't love the Ella Bache products my friend swears by but it takes all kinds.

I normally love this place, the therapists are all lovely and do an amazing job.
But as of late there is no reception staff the staff are always running around leaving treatment rooms to attend to the door, the phone goes constantly.
I actually feel quite sorry for them.

And also yes the new place is lovely and presented beautifully. But the rooms look far to cramped and there's still old things like a hair pin on the steamer for it to work I noticed that while I was waiting last time.
I do love being a customer for Brighton beauty and they do look after me but it's just not the same anymore.

I have been a client for a number of years at Brighton Beauty but lately management there has lowered their standards of client and staff management. I feel for the other staff who is lovely and friendly that normally does my treatments and hope that staff is not being treated this way. Staff is very good at staff's job - professional, never pushes to sell products I don't need and always ensures I am happy at the end. This other staff is always so pushy to sell products to myself and my friend and seems intent on getting their sales up and not focussing on the treatment. Staff is rude also and I have overheard speak about other staff. I have contacted Head Office who seem to just ignore my complaints and the management is never there to speak to personally. My friend and I are reconsidering whether to continue to be customers at this salon - why would we?

I love this place. All the staff are lovely and very good at what they do. I can't rate their facials more highly - SO relaxing that I have fallen asleep more than once. A really lovely experience for those wanting to be pampered and the Ella Bache products are great.
