These guys are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Matt helped me find gear the fit just right and offered heaps of advice for a new rider along the way. I've now been back several times and recommended bikes and bits to my friends. All staff I've dealt with have been friendly and know their stuff. I'll be back to get my bike serviced and I'm sure they'll be a pleasure to deal with!

Took my bike here in October, and all I can say is that if you care for your bike and you want good service, go elsewhere!
To start, I took my bike in just for a simple service.
The day I dropped my bike in, I heard nothing from them and ended up calling them. They told me that I needed new lines, cables, rear shock and fork seals. They advised it would only take a few days. I asked for the cables to be stainless braided cables, and for my electrics to be run through the handlebars. They let me know this wouldn't be a problem.

Pros: Great customer service. Friendly staff. Highly skilled/Knowledgeable.

Cons: Slow. Do not provide accurate time-frames (very busy shop). Adding unnecessary work. High hourly rate.

Very poor service, very disorganised very disappointed . Go elsewhere

Cool shop, great staff and good range of products. I'd be coming here first if you want any bike repairs in the Bayside area!
