My car was an insurance replacement o they did not have to go out of their way as the sale was done and dusted
But they surely did
Jay Price was certainly very honest and helpful , no fake smiles or pretence , just nice friendly and committed
Georgia was also very helpful in organizing payments and following with the insurance company to ensure the fastest delivery possible
After sales service was also excellent

This dealership is a joke! first off they couldnt even write a reciept correctly in order for my finance company to pay in time for when i had all ready organised to pick up the car ( coming from 6hrs away!) I eventually sort everything out, with no help from them and postponment of a week, plus a day off work to collect the car. when i get the car home the next day I find out the dvd player in the backseat head rests dont work!! when I contact them about this they tell me they will fix it if I bring it back to them for repair! living in another state it would cost far more to do that than get someone else to do it here, and surely they should check everything works and functions properly before selling any vehicle! THIS DEALERSHIP IS A CIRCUS!
I recently purchased a Jeep Longitude which is a fabulous car and had some after sales aspects that needed attention. Both Dean, the manager, and Sam. the service manager, were immediately attentive which, for me, is the critical thing as we seldom do not have aspects that do not need attention.
I recently purchased from Brighton Jeep. I strongly recommend you contact another dealership if you value honesty and integrity. It started with an aggressive sales techniques which made my wife refuse to deal with them. Against my better judgement I did purchase a Grand Cherokee as I was promised a new car at cost price. Unfortunately the vehicle I was sold was a different color to the color specified on the sales contract I signed. I requested an exchange for the correct color or refund if this was not possible. The dealership has refused to accept the vehicle back and have displayed a lack of care and responsibility which borders on arrogant. I am now in the process of seeking legal advice. Trust me, you will be better placed to purchase elsewhere.
